Best Birthday gift ever (?) !

My Birthday was on 22nd Oct. guru wanted to surprise me on my birthday . So he went to one of the shops on 21st evening with Skanda and got me a watch and laptop bag. He had told Skanda that it's a surprise gift for me. He also got some sweets from Indian grocery shop. He kept everything in the closet and asked Skanda not to tell me anything and wanted to give me at 12 am. I had classes on 21st. Came home around 8pm. Skanda opened the door for me and he said that they have got surprise gift for me. He also said that they got sweets from malabar (Indian grocery store). He ran into closet and brought everything and asked me to open. Guru and myself couldn't stop laughing. Guru should have thought before telling skanda :), how can a 3 yr old kid keep secret? Skanda doesn't know what surprise means.. my innocent buddy :)...this way skanda made my birthday very special :) I laughed for hrs ......

I think guru learned a lesson from this. He got a Swarovski necklace for our wedding anniversary again was surprise to me but this time Skanda didn't know about it :)
